Community Works in 96744. The Community Works in 96744 Group is a coalition of organizations and individuals from the 96744 zip code area (Kaneohe to Kualoa) that envisions a community where substance abuse is minimized and youth and their families effectively utilize community resources to support healthy lifestyles. Community members are invited to join the Community Works in 96744 group to help (1) set a positive example for youth; (2) practice a healthy lifestyle; and (3) acknowledge that alcohol, tobacco and other drug use is inappropriate in public places such as parks, schools and athletic events. Windward Community Children's Council (WCCC). Developed to create a system of care which can quickly identify and address the needs of children and youth with emotional and behavioral needs. Groups and individuals are welcome to share their concerns with WCCC to define issues and plan solutions. Second Tuesday of the month. 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
