We are a small outpatient office with mental health counseling services available to individuals, couples, child/adolescents, and families. We also offer various group sessions (i.e. Women's Group, Anxiety/Depression Group, Dealing with Loss, etc.). In addition, we provide classes on a wide range of topics such as Parenting, Eliminating Stress and Anger, Relationships, Self Esteem for Teens, etc. We are open to developing other tailored sessions to address any topic or to target specific populations.
