Domestic Violence

Accepts reports of child abuse and neglect and provides consultations with social workers as needed for the state of Hawaii. CWS programs include family strengthening and support, child protection, foster care, adoption, independent living and licensing of resource family homes, group homes and child-placing organizations.

Offering a safe and confidential facility for women and their children who can no longer remain in their homes because of domestic violence. Crisis response is available 24/7. Trained staff assist women with safety and future life planning, and make referrals for housing, legal, and medical needs and recovery support services for those with substance abusing behaviors.

Ohia Domestic Violence Shelter is a program of Parents and Children Together (PACT), and is primarily funded by The Hawaii Department of Human Services, The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and private donations.
